Entwickler
Die schwedischen Väter der Serie von DICE in Stockholm sind für Battlefield 4 zuständig.
Setting
Das Setting ist in der modernen Zeit angesiedelt. Gerüchten und ersten Informationen zufolge wird neben den USA auch noch China eine Rolle spielen.
Technik
Bei Battlefield 4 kommt die “FrostBite 3”-Engine zum Einsatz.
Plattformen
Bis auf eine PC-Version liegen uns aktuell keine Informationen vor. Ein Launch auf Playstation 3 und Xbox360 ist bestätigt; zu einem Launch auf den “Next Gen”-Konsolen gibt es noch keine Informationen.
Release-Termin
Battlefield 4 wird im Herbst 2013 erscheinen.
Singleplayer
Im Singleplayer-Modus werden sich die Spieler durch China kämpfen. Es gibt neue Charaktere, nur noch einen spielbaren Charakter und mehr Freiheit sowie ein rudimentäres Kommandosystem für unsere Mitstreiter.
Coop
Es wird keinen Coop geben.
Multiplayer
Bis auf die sichere Rückkehr des Conquest-Modus und dem Umstand, dass es Klassen, Fahrzeuge undverschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Teamwork geben wird, ist noch nichts bekannt. Als Fraktionen sollten China und die USA - sowie eventuelle andere Fraktionen - verfügbar sein.
